Sustainability

According to a recent study published by the European Environment Agency (EEA) analyzing the impact of different modes of transportation, traveling by train, aside from walking or cycling, is by far the most environmentally friendly form of travel in terms of greenhouse gas emissions.
This is why we are working with major rail companies to build ever lighter, safer and more sustainable trains in their complete life cycle from the raw material used to the complete recycling of materials at the end of the product’s life.
We are indeed aware of the goals set by the European Union’s Green Deal, which are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 90% by 2050 and can only be achieved by aligning individual efforts for greater sustainability with policies set by governments.
