MasperoTech checks and certifies its processes and products.
We believe that Quality expresses a product’s capacity for fully satisfying the Client’s needs and expectations.
Our ability to find solutions and run projects successfully makes us a leader in our sector. Our production processes and Quality System have been audited by leading multinational companies in various sectors.
Our Company has held the UNI-EN ISO 9002/94 certification since 1996, UNI-EN ISO 9001/2000 since 2003, and UNI-EN ISO 9001/2008 since 2010.
Since November 2011, our Company has also held the UNI-EN 9100:2018 (Defence / Aerospace scheme) certification.
Currently, our reference standards are 9100:2018 and 9001: 2015 for:
- Hot forging of non-ferrous metals (aluminium alloys, copper, bronze, titanium) Machining
- Machining
PRODUCT CHECKS
MasperoTech carries out various types of checks:
- Visual and dimensional check
- Tridimensional check with FARO scanner 3D
- Liquid penetrant test with automatic machine
- Ultrasonic test (UT
- Structural (Macrographic, Micrographic, and Tensile) conducted in our in-house laboratory
