MasperoTech does everything in-house!
Using the best software available, our engineers make a virtual mould that allows them to begin to simulate the forging process, while the equipping department prepares the physical mould.
By doing this, when the mould is ready we will already have eliminated a series of tests that the simulation has shown will not be efficient, thereby reducing the product’s time to market.
THE SOFTWARE WE USE:
Our technical department uses the following software for making moulds and defining the ideal production process:
- Cad: PTC Creo Parametric (Pro Engineering)
- Cam - WorkNC
- Forging simulation software - Forge 3 NxT 2.1 SP1
